This is a recording of a full 1-hour live class I did recently whilst we’re all at home during the coronavirus pandemic. It’s slow-paced with stretching and strengthening exercises for the wrists, as well as lots of love for the hips, making it a great end-of-day practice for anyone currently working at home.
