Feel good at work and live more fully

Not so long ago I was a highly anxious and burnt-out office worker with a pretty unhappy body. I knew that practices like yoga, meditation and breathing techniques were helpful and I did a little here and there, but it wasn’t until I started practicing daily that things really changed. 

I’ve learnt that just like everything else in our world, a daily yoga practice needs to be sustainable to be of real benefit. This means that your practice needs to fit you and your lifestyle.

I’ve also found that when we are taking care of ourselves in this way, we are better able to care of others and our planet.
