Free Lockdown Yoga for Your Home Workers
I’m offering free live classes until 24th May to a small number of my favourite sustainable organisations – that includes you!
Your employees can feel good and be productive during the lockdown
Whilst we’re in lockdown, classes will be focused on helping your employees deal with the unique physical and mental challenges that come up from working at home and the stress of this uncertain time.
Your employees may attend as many of the below weekly live classes as they wish, plus each class recording will be available on-demand afterwards.
Slow Flow & Relaxation
Tuesdays 7:30pm – 8:30pm
Gentle movement and stretches to release tension at the end of the day, followed by a full savasana. Deeply relax and let stress go.
Lunchtime Stretch & Re-energise
Wednesdays 12pm – 12:30pm
Give your mind and body a break with yoga from your desk chair – no mat needed. Feel refreshed, re-energised and refocused.
Rise, Shine & Get Everything Moving
Thursdays 7:30am – 8:30am
An energising class with lots of neck, shoulder, back, wrist and hip love to keep your body happy whilst working from home.
Green Yoga Dashboard
Your organisation will have its own private Green Yoga Dashboard where employees can access the live class booking page as well as all on-demand recordings. Everything is simple and fuss-free!
Why I’m offering this at no cost
These free classes are to test my new combined live class and on-demand video service for office workers and, based on feedback from participants, I’ll be making improvements for a paid service open to all organisations.
There’s genuinely no catch or commitment required. It would actually help me a lot if your employees came to these free classes, and you’ll get some free yoga in exchange 🙂

Here are some testimonials from happy business customers
“We feel that Lucy’s classes really add something to our membership offering and love her giving back initiatives, which fit perfectly with our values.”
“Our sessions with Lucy have been a pleasure. She is such a positive and calming person to be around and helped to make all the yoga novices in our group feel comfortable. It was such a great way to start a Tuesday morning and we’d leave each session feeling positive, energised and focused- and very loose in our bodies! It was really convenient being able to do the sessions in our own space and it was a laugh too. ‘Restaurant yoga’ was a new one for all of us! It’s also been a really nice opportunity for the team to get to know each other better while practising alongside someone aligned with our eco-friendly values. I’d recommend Living Green Office Yoga to anyone looking to improve their companies wellbeing, social culture and quality of work life. Thanks Lucy!”
“Lucy is an amazing yoga teacher, she’s gentle, kind and very organised. These were the first yoga classes for some of us, whilst others have been practising yoga for a while, so we were unsure of how it would work with such a diverse group. Lucy spent some time in advance of the classes to understand expectations and what she should focus on, and tailored each class to a specific need. She also brought mats as well as blocks and yoga straps and so it felt extremely professional.
Her classes are a mix of light cardio, stretches, asanas, breathing and relaxation techniques and she gives us options for each exercise to cater for the different levels in the team. We thoroughly enjoy the classes and are looking forward to the class every week. It is an amazing break in our busy days and also a great way to create more cohesion within the team, and we have some great laughs as well.
I would highly recommend her classes and truly believe it helps with productivity and team culture.”
“We love Lucy’s office yoga classes as she tailors them just for us. They give us an hour each week to fully switch off – we all feel so clear-headed and with really good focus and energy afterwards. Some of us in the office struggle with back problems and the classes have been great for this too. The stretches for that feel amazing.
The classes are very enjoyable and we consider them an important part of what we do for employee wellbeing. Our staff feel that they’ve helped them stay relaxed, feel less physical tension and that they’re a nice opportunity to move their bodies around after mostly being stuck behind a desk.
At Big Life we’re also mindful about reducing waste for the sake of the environment so we really like Lucy’s positive environmental outlook and charity donations.
Lucy is organised and communicates really well, so everything is easy to arrange. The classes are an employee benefit, which helps the business too and we’re very happy to offer them.”
