As well as bringing yoga into the workplace, I teach a public weekly class in Hackney which is perfect for anyone who spends most of their day working from a desk.

Each 1-hour slow flow hatha yoga class combines long holds, nice wiggly movements to work out any kinks, breathing techniques and deep rest. This leaves attendees feeling calm and refreshed, whilst still working up a bit of a sweat.

A great way to end your Monday, and begin the rest of your week!
