We can’t go outside much to move our bodies right now, so some classes will help get your employees’ hearts pumping and feel great.
It’s an uncertain and stressful time for everyone. Classes include gentle stretches and soothing meditation to help your employees deeply relax.

The 3 weekly Collective Live Yoga classes plus a weekly class created specially for just your employees. After a brief phone consultation I’ll develop classes tailored to best meet their current needs. Whether that’s to help them de-stress, relieve niggles from home desk working or feel more focused, on a day and at a time that works for you.

I’ll send you a link and password for your business’s Green Yoga Dashboard. Here your employees can watch your Giving Forest grow, book their place in upcoming classes and enjoy recordings of previous classes. See how yours might look.
All live classes are held via Zoom
Each employee will need to sign up and download Zoom onto their device before their first class – it’s all free, simple to follow and takes less than 2 minutes to set up.
Collective live online class schedule
Your employees may attend as many of these classes as they wish, and all are bookable through your Green Yoga Dashboard. Each collective class is open to employees from a mixture of organisations, with a total of 100 places available in each class.
Slow Flow & Relaxation
Tuesdays 7:30pm – 8:30pm
Gentle movement and stretches to release tension at the end of the day, followed by a full savasana. Deeply relax and let stress go.
Lunchtime Stretch & Re-energise
Wednesdays 12pm – 12:30pm
Give your mind and body a break with yoga from your desk chair – no mat needed. Feel refreshed, re-energised and refocused.
Rise, Shine & Get Everything Moving
Thursdays 7:30am – 8:30am
An energising class with lots of neck, shoulder, back, wrist and hip love to keep your body happy whilst working from home.
